• Location: GQMF Pool – 2842 Gant Quarters Drive, Marietta, GA 30068
• Pool Setup: 25-yard pool with 5 lanes
• Meet Start Time: 6:00 PM
• Warm-Ups:
• Home Team (GQMF): 5:00–5:30 PM
• Our Team: 5:30–6:00 PM
• Volunteer Meeting: 5:30 PM (on deck)

🧑🤝🧑 Seating & Team Area

GQMF has plenty of deck space. Our team will sit on the side of the pool closest to the parking lot.

⏱️ Volunteer Notes

Timers:

• GQMF will provide timers for Lane 5 during the first half of the meet.
• We are responsible for providing timers for Lane 5 during the second half.
• GQMF uses the Dolphin electronic timing system, so no time sheets are needed. Instructions on how to use the timers will be given at the Volunteer Meeting, 30 minutes before the start of the meet.

Runners:

• Please note: You will not be picking up time sheets, as they are not used with the Dolphin system.
• Instead, runners will be collecting placement judge sheets only.

🚗 Parking

• Parking is limited and the lot fills up quickly.
• Please be respectful of the neighborhood and do not block driveways, intersections, crosswalks, or fire hydrants.
• Park on one side of the street only so emergency vehicles and traffic can get through safely.

🍽️ Concessions

• GQMF will be running their Piranhas Café during the meet.
• Full concessions will be available, including dinner items, snacks, water, Gatorade, and sodas.
• Featured items: Frito Pies and Chili Dogs
• Cash and card accepted
