Dear Swim Team Families,

I hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to another great swim season.

I am reaching out today because we are in urgent need of a Concessions Coordinator for the 2026 season. Without someone (or even two people sharing the role) stepping up to fill this position, we will not be able to move forward with having a swim team season this year.

Concessions is one of the primary ways we fund our team and keep registration costs manageable for families. It is not an optional role — it is essential to our program’s operation.

For the past three seasons, Megan Bostek has done an outstanding job running concessions. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and hard work. While she is stepping away from the role, she has generously offered to help guide and support whoever takes it on to make the transition smooth and manageable.

Yes, this is a significant commitment. However, we do offer incentives for the Concessions Coordinator(s), and you would not be doing it alone. Many hands make light work, and this role can absolutely be shared between two people.

I opened registration in good faith, trusting that someone in our swim family would step forward so our kids can have a season. I will not be individually asking families to take this on — if you value having a swim team this year, please seriously consider volunteering.
